Below is the screen after logging into the Google calendar account
To create an event for day, click on the Create Event link, then fill in the fields and then click on save button, below is the screen shot of Create event page. Set the privacy status to default or private or public.
If user wants to share the event with others, click on the manage Calendar, then click on the share edit setting. See the below image.
Now enter the person’s email address and set the permissions from the drop down list box and click on the Add person button.
The calendar will be shared with the specified person. Click on the save button. See the below image.
